Her approach is grounded in real, firsthand experience. Rachael successfully completed her own SSI disability application without assistance and was approved on her first submission—without a denial. She later went on to do the same for both of her children, securing approvals for each of them as well, all without outside help and at different times.

Through that process, she developed a deep understanding of how to present information in a way that aligns with what the Social Security Administration is actually looking for—something many applicants struggle with.

Today, she uses that experience to help others avoid common mistakes, fill in critical gaps, and submit applications that are clear, complete, and well-structured.
